Roaming Series

Roaming Series is a suite of products oriented to increasing the operator's revenue by improving the Roaming services it provides.

These improvements vary from product to product; in some cases they focus on easing the use of the Roaming services in order to increase consumption, introduce upgrades that provoke cost reduction, provide superior knowledge and control of the Roaming processes in order to fulfill the operator’s objectives, or also help to minimize clients claims (with its associated administrative and image costs). Lastly, innovative products are also offered, which allow generating new Roaming business, or attract new users to the operator's network due to the differential which appears in favor of the operator implementing them.

Some products are aimed to visiting roamers (inbound roamers), while others are aimed to the operator’s roamers visiting other networks (outbound roamers), as in both cases there are aspects to be improved and innovative services to offer.

Although each product is independent from the rest, and any of them allows increasing the operator’s revenue, the maximum benefit is obtained by making them all work in a coordinated way.
